typographic studies
This classroom project explored typography as a medium for collective voice and visual interpretation. Each session began with a prompt, to which students responded anonymously in a shared Google Doc. These fragmented reflections formed the raw textual material for a curated type book series.
I focused on translating these unfiltered narratives into structured visual compositions—experimenting with typographic hierarchy, rhythm, and negative space to evoke tone and authorship within anonymity. The final series reflects both individual expression and communal discourse through typographic form.
